1. First, remove the sludge on the surface of broken screws and broken ends and bludgeon the center of the section to death. Then, install a 6-8mm diameter drill bit with an electric drill to drill the center bludgeon hole. After the hole is drilled, remove the small bit and replace it with a 16 mm diameter bit. Continue to enlarge and drill the hole of the broken bolt.

2. Take the welding rod with a diameter less than 3.2mm and apply small and medium current in the drilling hole of the broken bolt for surfacing from inside to outside. Take half of the whole length of the broken bolt at the beginning of surfacing. At the beginning of surfacing welding, the arc should not be too long to avoid burning through the outer wall of the broken bolt. Surfacing to the upper end face of the broken bolt and then continue surfacing to produce a cylinder with a diameter of 14-16 mm and a height of 8-10 mm.

3. After surfacing, hammer its end face with a hand hammer to make the broken bolt vibrate along its axial direction. The heat generated by the previous arc and the subsequent cooling combined with the vibration at this time will loosen the thread between the broken bolt and the body. 4. Carefully observe when trace rust is found to leak out from the fracture after knocking, it is recommended to put the nut of M18 on the surfacing cylinder head and weld the two together.

5. After welding, it is cool and hot. Twist the nut with a box wrench and knock the nut face with a small hand hammer while twisting it.

6. After taking out the broken bolt, process the wire buckle inside the frame with a suitable wire hammer to remove the rust and other sundries in the hole.
