Anchor bolt are commonly known as metal anchor bolt. The fixing principle of anchor bolt is to use the wedge Angle to promote the expansion to produce friction gripping force to achieve a fixed effect. Generally speaking, after the anchor bolt is hit into the hole on the ground or wall, the wrench is used to tighten the nut on the anchor bolt clockwise. The bolt goes outward, but the metal expansion sleeve inside does not move, so the conical head under the bolt will expand the metal expansion sleeve, so that it fills the whole hole, and the anchor bolt achieves the fixing effect.

1. Select an alloy drill bit with the same diameter as the expansion ring (tube) of the expansion screw and install it on the electric drill for wall drilling. The depth of the hole should be the same as the length of the bolt.

2. Then put the anchor bolt and hook kit into the hole together, and gently hit the head with a hammer. Do not use excessive force to damage the head of the anchor bolt and hook, which will affect the performance after installation. Remember; One: If the expansion hook is installed, try to avoid knocking at the bend of the hook. Two: in the installation of the anchor bolt, do not screw off the screw, to prevent the hole drilling is relatively deep when the bolt into the hole and not good to take out.

3. In general, when punching, refer to the outer diameter of the expanding pipe to punch the wall hole. If the brick wall is soft, choose a small drill bit. The expansion part of the pipe should all enter the wall, as long as the thread part is long enough, the deeper the casing part, the more firm.
