Stop washers for round nuts

Round nut with stop washer, also known as stop washer, common name eight pad, is a use of stop lug and round nut opening and shaft keyway to prevent the loosening of the round nut washer.

Stop gasket definition

As shown in the figure ① inner stopping ear ② outer stopping ear, the washer and the round nut are used together. The washer is installed on the slotted side of the nut when in use. After fastening, bend the inner and outer stopping ear and put it into the groove. After THE ROUND NUT IS FASTENED, PULL THE INNER AND OUTER EARS axiALLY AND CLAMP THEM INTO THE KEYWAY ON THE SHAFT AND THE OPENING of THE ROUND nut respectively, so that the round nut will not be loose due to the rotation of the shaft.
