Threaded connection is a widely used detachable fixed connection, has the advantages of simple structure, reliable connection, convenient assembly and disassembly, widely used in mechanical equipment.
One, double bolt assembly
1. In order to prevent the bolt from sticking when screwed in, and facilitate disassembly and repeated installation, the double-headed bolt can be coated with lubricating oil.
2. The axis of the double bolt must be perpendicular to the surface of the body. When installing with a square check, if the axis and the surface of the body has a small amount of tilt, available tap correction threaded hole, or with the installation of the double head bolt correction; If the tilt is large, do not force correction, to prevent the reliability of the bolt connection is damaged.
3. Ensure that the connection between the bolt and the body is tight enough.
4. Several common methods of screwing into the double head bolt:
① Screw in with two nuts. Lock the two nuts to each other on the double stud as shown in FIG. 2A), then pull the upper nut to screw the double stud into the screw hole.
②Screw in with a long nut. As shown in FIG. 2b), the screw above is used to prevent the relative rotation between the long nut and the double stud. Then, by pulling the long nut, the double stud can be screwed in. Loosen the stop screw to remove the long nut.
③ Screw in with special tools. The picture shows a special tool for double - headed stud insertion. The three rollers are placed in the specific cavity, and the circumferential and axial positions are determined by the limit sleeve 4. The limit sleeve is fixed by the groove retaining ring, and the release and clamping of the roller are controlled by the internal cavity curve of the tool. The roller should be clamped on the bare rod part of the bolt, and then the double bolt can be screwed into the bolt by turning to the arrow direction as shown in Figure 3. Otherwise, the bolt can be loosened. The tool for removing the bolts shall have a groove in the direction opposite to the curve of the screw in tool.
