How to using stainless steel self drilling screw:
Due to the essential difference between stainless steel self drilling screw and carbon steel self drilling screw , stainless steel drilling screw has good extension, improper use is easy to lead to screw can not go into smoothly, the binding force is not strong.
(1) confirm whether the mechanical properties of the product meet the use requirements before use.
For example: SUS316 and SUS304 material screw can only break into plastic steel, magnesium titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, industrial plastics and other materials, such as SUS410C material drilling screw can not only break into the above material, but also can break into stainless steel plate and various materials hardness in HV300 degrees or so of steel plate.(steel plate below 18mm)
(2) choose different drilling tail screws according to the operating environment.
(3) choose different types and specifications of drilling screws according to different thickness of different materials.
For example, choose longer drilling screw for thicker material.
(4) when entering, keep the axis of the lock and the axis of the screw in the same straight line to enter the locked object vertically.
